Fox Sports Radio listeners were taken aback Monday when host Colin Cowherd abruptly cut a segment of his show ‘The Herd’ short due to illness.
In the middle of discussing the impact of the recent Luka Doncic-Anthony Davis trade, Cowherd paused to say, ‘Folks, I’m going to have to take a break. I’m getting very very sick very very quickly on this set and we will return.’
Co-host Jason McIntyre took over for Cowherd when the program resumed.
A message was quickly posted on the show’s social media account on X that confirmed ‘Colin is under the weather,’ and thanked listeners for their concerns.
